Who We Are
Protector Construction was founded by Mike in 1999. Mike is passionate about working with people and making a positive impact. He started the company on the idea of working with investors on full renovation projects.
The business grew with the addition of the Founder’s wife Chaliss coming on board as President and Director of Business. Chaliss fell in love with the Construction Industry which led to a devotion in Design after a successful career as a Realtor.
Mike & Chaliss continued to thrive in the private investor market with the Partnership of Rember, our Director of Operations. Rember has 25 years of experience in the field and truly is fulfilled when he builds something that brings joy to families. With a family of his own, he understands the importance of having a trustworthy team that can build a safe home. He put together an amazing team of field professionals that can produce a number of projects at amazing speed.
The Protector Family brought in Alex as their Director of Marketing and Sales. Alex believes her purpose is to help people. Alex and Chaliss have a friendship that goes back and their love for Design and the Building Industry always had them scratching their heads as to why more women weren’t leaders in this industry. Experienced as a Designer and in Sales for over 10 years, teaming up with Protector as a family we are ready to change lives. One remodel at a time.
